Integrated Legal and Social Services

Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) provides free immigration legal representation and social support for low-income immigrants, adults, and children across Colorado.

The Children’s Program offers free legal representation to immigrant children in removal proceedings and those eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). 

It assists children and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, trafficking, or violence, providing direct representation or legal referrals.

Services are available by phone only visits without an appointment aren’t accepted.

The program also delivers Know-Your-Rights presentations, legal intakes, guidance on judicial processes and forms of relief, including help with Change of Address and Change of Venue.

RMIAN's Social Service Project offers holistic support including case-management and trauma-informed services to vulnerable adults and children navigating detention or removal processes.
