Catholic Charities of Southern Colorado (CCSoCo) offers accredited immigration legal services and other social support throughout Colorado. While their services do not include removal defense or legal assistance for unaccompanied minors, their immigration program assists with: 

  • Family Visa Petition (I-130 Process)
  • Permanent Resident Card Renewal (I-90 process)
  • Adjustment of status
  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
  • Undocumented Colorado Drivers License information
  • U non-immigrant status
  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
  • Provisional unlawful presence waivers
  • Citizenship classes

 

They also have programs to support families with housing stability, parenting education, food access, and employment opportunities.
