Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) provides free immigration legal representation and pro bono referrals across Georgia.
Its Asylum Program assists immigrants fleeing persecution, including gender-based violence, torture, wrongful imprisonment, and female genital mutilation (FGM), helping them present their cases effectively in immigration court.
The Victims of Violence Program offers legal support to immigrant survivors of crimes in the U.S., including human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual abuse, helping them secure safety, reunite with family, and rebuild stability.
Services are provided statewide at no cost to clients.
