Description

Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) provides free legal help to immigrants and farmworkers across Ohio.

They work with people regardless of immigration status, including those who are undocumented or in removal proceedings.

They help with unpaid wages, unsafe housing, discrimination, civil rights violations, deportation defense, immigration applications, and access to healthcare and benefits.

They focus on protecting workers and families from abuse, exploitation, and racial profiling.

ABLE serves all 88 counties in Ohio and has offices in Toledo, Dayton, and Defiance.

Services are available in multiple languages and are free for eligible low-income individuals.

Counties served: Butler, Hamilton, Montgomery.
