Legal Services

CASA offers immigration legal services, including consultations, know-your-rights education, and limited pro se assistance for individuals at risk of ICE detention or deportation.

They do not provide full-scope removal defense in immigration court. CASA also assists tenants with housing issues and workers with labor rights violations.

Other services include adult ESOL classes, citizenship education and application assistance, youth leadership development, AmeriCorps programs, community organizing, health enrollment assistance, financial education with free tax services, and vocational training through local community colleges.

CASA has offices in Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Please check individual office listings for available services. Offices are located in Georgia (Atlanta), Maryland (Baltimore, Hyattsville, Rockville, Silver Spring), Pennsylvania (Lancaster, York/Princess St, York/Roosevelt Ave), and Virginia (Woodbridge).
