The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, New York provides free immigration legal assistance to low- and moderate-income non-citizens and their families.
Its Immigration Unit helps clients with Green Cards, asylum applications, family reunification, DACA, family-based petitions, and naturalization.
The unit also assists with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T and U visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, and cases involving removal proceedings or criminal conviction consequences.
Representation and advice are confidential and available regardless of immigration status.
